This time of day facilitates exercise, study, and daily planning. Regular early mornings benefit the body, speed up performance, and cultivate self-confidence.

1. Regular walking: 

Daily walking has both physical and emotional benefits. Regularly walking helps improve blood circulation, assists in maintaining a healthy body weight and keeping a healthy heart, as well as relieving stress and increasing immune system function.

 2. Drink sufficient water:

To enhance the body’s food digestion capacity and regulate its temperature, drink at least 3–4 liters (3-4 qt.) of water daily, as well as supply all the oxygen in every cell of your body. Keep the weight controlled, increase energy, prevent stone formation in the kidneys, and maintain mental clarity and radiance of your skin.

Then on the second day, I worked for one hour and thirty minutes and then took a rest of ten minutes or read for ten minutes on the first day, 15 minutes on the second day, and twenty minutes on the third day.

Determining when to start an action is an important step to success. Doing the same thing at the same time creates a habit of mind. It maintains the rules of work, increases stability, and gets good results in less time. For example, getting up at five o’clock in the morning, walking at six o’clock, and having breakfast at eight o’clock – in this way, make a habit of fixing the time of the day.

3. Write down or make a note of habits:

Writing out personal habits will give us an understanding of what we do. Recording personal habits helps to eliminate errors effortlessly, resulting in the potential for enrichment.
